Yesterday we upgraded the RAM on our SSO server, and tomorrow Dell is coming in to replace the motherboard. We are still experiencing intermittent outages with our server and I caution that this is not yet resolved. In most cases, we can bring the server up within notification, and we are writing a script that will restart the services (not the server) every ten minutes during “off hours” so that it is available after school hours.
